What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our website.
Do you accept other forms of payment besides PayPal?
We also gladly accept direct debit and money order however these transaction can only take place manually and offline. Please contact us about direct debit and money orders before placing your order. Thank you very much.

How is my order posted?
Please note that we will post your order to you within 3 days of the order date.
For your satisfaction we only use Australia Post Express Post services for our Australian customers and Australia Post Registered Post services for your international our customers.
Due to the high cost of Express Post International we do not offer this service at this stage.
Should you have any queries regarding postage please do not hesitate to contact us.
What if my order gets damaged or lost in the mail?
Should any items be damaged in the mail please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Please also let us know if you do not receive your order in a timely manner.
Am I able to return my order for a refund?
Please check your order carefully once it has been received. We will consider orders/items for return on their individual merits. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order before returning any items.
We will accept returns for the following reasons:
- If Danu Designs have made an error with your order;
- If there is a manufacturing fault with an item.
We do not exchange, credit or refund on any of the following items:
- Clearance items;
- Discounted items;
- Gift Vouchers;
- If you have simply changed your mind.
Please consider your order carefully. We are happy to consider a refund less postage charges after an exchange or credit is found to be unsuitable for your needs. Please ensure that items are securely repacked when returning to us.
